I’m experienced in working with college students, adults, and older adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship challenges, navigating family dynamics, and coping with daily stressors.

Each session is customized to fit your unique needs and goals, whether that’s through traditional talk therapy, engaging in art therapy or utilizing mind/body techniques. Together we can explore past and present experiences, navigate current challenges and set direction for your future.

COUNSELING FOR OLDER ADULTS

Working with older adults involves fostering meaningful connections and providing tailored support that respects their unique experiences and wisdom. Engaging in this process allows us to address the emotional and mental health challenges that may be faced during life transitions.

Through compassionate counseling, we can work together to help you find empowerment and navigate feelings of loss, loneliness, and change, while celebrating resiliency and achievements.

Sessions are conducted via Telehealth.

Please note that I do not offer this type of traditional mental health counseling in facilities or to individuals who have dementia.
